Faculty Resources
What to expect as an instructor?
Faculty members engage in four main tasks:
- building a safe environment for student interaction
- using materials that facilitate active engagement
- running weekly prep sessions with their LA’s
- learning about using LA’s effectively in their learning environments
In addition, faculty are encouraged to participate in community events, such as poster sessions. Many faculty also engage in assessment of their students’ learning and research in other course transformation outcomes.
